Hello, my name is Ian and I am a qualified male counsellor.
I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, awarded by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body.
I am an accredited member of the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society - membership number - NCS23-03123)
I am a person-centred therapist. This means I will create an environment where you can bring whatever issues or struggles you have into our therapy room. you can speak freely, without judgement and Together, we can work towards your goals.
The sessions will always move at your speed and pace. Sessions can be face to face, virtual/online, phone or walk & talk, please discuss with me to find the type of counselling that will suit you needs.
I can offer weekend and evening appointments to fit in with your lifestyle.
Choosing to start therapy can be a challenging decision to make and it’s important to find the right therapist for you. I offer the opportunity to speak to me first and you can contact me by phone, email or on social media. We can then formulate the next steps together.

Trauma can be difficult to deal with by yourself. I can help you accept your trauma and welcome the healing process.

A. Sessions can take place in person, over the phone and online (through Zoom) or walk & talk.
